Txakoli UNO is a wine from prestigious Arabako Txakolina D.O.

It is a a harmonious cuvée of Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia (95%) and Riesling (5%) grape varieties.

Crafted from grapes nurtured in BAT GARA own vineyards, meticulously tended with minimal intervention techniques. Situated at elevations of 340 to 400 meters in Lezama, within the Ayala Valley, our vineyards thrive in clayey-calcareous and clayey soils enriched with stone sand.

Handpicked during the latter half of October, Txakoli UNO wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aging gracefully on lees for six months adds depth and complexity.

This delightful wine presents a luminous yellow hue, teasing the senses with fresh aromas of apple, hay, and a whisper of wild peppermint in the background.
Upon tasting, expect a crisp and refined palate entrance, with delightful hints of apple and white pear. The journey culminates in a lingering finish, buoyed by seamlessly integrated acidity.
