Nobleza Dimidium
Rioja D.O.Ca
Nobleza Dimidium is a distinguished red wine hailing from the prestigious Rioja Denominación de Origen Calificada (D.O.Ca).
Crafted exclusively from 100% red Tempranillo grapes, this single-varietal wine embodies the essence of excellence.
Hand-harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October, each grape is meticulously selected on the vine, one by one, by dedicated family members, ensuring optimal ripeness and quality.
Following harvest, Nobleza Dimidium is aged for four months in a combination of French oak and American oak barrels, imparting depth and complexity. This aging process is then followed by six months of refinement in the bottle, with meticulous checks to maintain its impeccable quality.
In the glass, Nobleza Dimidium presents itself as a wine of distinguished elegance, boasting a rich, vibrant color that is both inviting and luminous.
On the nose, it offers a captivating intensity, revealing a harmonious balance between notes of black fruit and red, complemented by subtle hints of spice.
Upon tasting, Nobleza Dimidium delights the palate with its dry yet fruity character, expressing flavors of succulent blackberry, ripe black plum, and a medley of black and red currants. Its intensity in the mid-palate is beautifully balanced by supple tannins, resulting in a truly memorable experience.
