Ribeira Sacra region in Galicia, Spain. This exceptional white wine reflects the area’s diverse terroir and the dedication of its winemakers, offering a remarkable tasting experience that captures the essence of this remarkable varietal.in 500-liter oak barrels for five months, imparting unique character and complexity.

From a tasting point of view, it has a greenish yellow colour. It has an good intensity, aromas reminiscent of stone fruits and citrus with hints of brioche and toasted notes adding complexity to the wine. On the palate, it is elegant, but solidly structured, and the finish is very long. The Atlantic style, with something more.

It pairs perfectly with white meat, crustaceans, shellfish and White fish dishes.

We recommend consuming it at a temperature around 10ºC.
