Blanco Lexítimo is one of the ancestral wines from Appellation of Origin (D.O.) Ribeira Sacra.
It is a single-varietal Branco Lexítimo grape variety.
Branco Lexítimo is a very old variety of Galician white grape.
It is a fresh wine, very aromatic and full of nuances that will let you discover all the potential of another of the great ancestral varieties of Galicia.
From a tasting point of view, it has greenish yellow colour. With a high aromatic intensity, with citric notes combined with layers of white flowers and stone fruits, followed by subtle toasted and smoky notes. On the palate, it is long fruit ending. Providing personality and elegance.
It pairs perfectly with fish and seafood dishes and poultry dishes.
We recommend consuming it at a temperature around 10ºC.
