Beade 25 “Autor” is a fruity wine from Appellation of Origin (D.O.) Ribeiro.

It is a single-varietal wine from the exclusive Loureira grape variety.

Loureira grape offers a unique mix of flavourings that Beade recuperated from their pioneers long ago and returning it to its authentic singular deserved prominence, bay leaf scent.

Handpicked in optimal ripeness. The yolk must, after a slight state racking, is fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperature to maintain the delicate varietal aromas of Loureira.

From a tasting point of view, it has a yellow with green hues colour, bright, projecting the unique characteristics of the variety Loureira. It is denominated as a very aromatic wine with floral notes marked as; white roses, citrus peel and predominance notes of herbs, in which the presence of the scent of bay leaf stands out. On the palate is fresh, lively, balanced body and acidity with a complex, elegant and very persistent aftertaste.

Due to its marked aromatic notes is an ideal companion for appetizers, fish and selfish dishes. We recommend it with oysters, grilled lobster or turbot-fish.

Its freshness and liveliness in the mouth, allow integration in dishes made with mushrooms, nuts, fresh pasta and strong cheeses.

We recommend to consume it at a temperature between 8ºC – 10ºC.
