GALICIA, A WORLD OF WINES
An unique selection of Galician wines
At Boa Uva, we invite you to embark on a journey through the diverse landscapes and rich winemaking heritage of Galicia, revealing the unique flavours and traditions behind every bottle.
Our journey begins in the Rías Baixas Appellation, where Albariño grapes thrive under the warm sun. These crisp, aromatic wines owe their refreshing character to the cool Atlantic breezes that sweep across the vineyards.
We then explore the Ribeiro Appellation, where Godello and Treixadura grapes grow along the picturesque banks of the Miño, Avia, Arnoya, and Barbantiño rivers. Surrounded by mountains that shield the vineyards from harsh ocean winds, this region is renowned for producing vibrant, well-balanced wines with a distinct complexity.
Next, we arrive at the Ribeira Sacra Appellation, home to stunning terraced vineyards where Mencía grapes are carefully cultivated on the steep slopes of the Cabe, Sil, and Miño riverbanks. Harvesting here is a feat of endurance and expertise, earning the name “heroic harvest.”
Our journey concludes in Monterrei, where a drier, more temperate climate shapes the wines. The Godello grape dominates this region, producing wines that reflect the area’s unique character and climate.
Let Boa Uva guide you through Galicia’s finest wines, where passion, tradition, and diverse geography are captured in every glass.
The reference company for the import of Galician wines to the Netherlands.

Mikado
Here, at the foot of Mount Yerga, in the heart of Rioja Baja, in the municipality of Aldeanueva de Ebro, are the vineyards that make our dream in Rioja possible. Mikado is the fruit of a joint effort with the Ruíz family, who have cultivated this land for seven generations.
